We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover for online and phone orders.
We accept Cashiers Checks and United States Postal Service Money Orders for phone and
mailed orders. These orders will be held until the funds are received and cleared through
our bank. Make cashiers checks and money orders payable to: Eight Wheel Drive, LLC.
Sorry, we do not accept personal checks or cash through the mail. We are not
responsible for cash sent through the mail.

All Currency values listed in our web store reflect U. S. Dollars.
Shipping & Handling
We ship primarily via UPS. In stock orders normally ship within 1 to 2 business days.
In most cases, if we receive your order before 1:00 pm EST Monday through Friday,
excluding holidays, we will have your order picked and packed in time to go out on our
daily pickup. In addition, please allow 5-7 business days for UPS Ground shipments, 3
business days for UPS 3 Day Select, 2 business days for UPS 2nd Day Air and 1 business day
for UPS Next Day Air. Note that UPS does not guarantee Residential Next Day Shipments.
Above delivery times are for the Continental United States only and do not include
weekends, holidays or the day of shipment. No refunds will be provided for residential
next day shipments.
The shopping cart provides UPS real time shipping rates during the checkout process,
prior to actual payment. In some cases, such as with oversized items, shipping rates may
not be accurately calculated. We reserve the right to contact you and advise you of the
correct rates prior to shipment. By carefully adjusting individual product shipping
weights in our system, we believe the UPS real-time quoted rates will normally be both
accurate and reasonable regardless of package weight or dimensions. Should we need to make
a shipping charge adjustment, you will have the option to approve the revised charges, or
cancel the order and be refunded any amounts charged. Note that some small and lightweight
items that we are shipping separately and for free may ship via U.S. Mail (USPS) and not
UPS. Allow 1-3 business days for USPS First Class Mail and 2-9 business days for USPS
Parcel Post. Items that ship for free will ship via UPS Ground, USPS First Class Mail, or
USPS Parcel Post, at our sole discretion. Sorry, but our online shopping cart currently
does not provide expedited shipping for an item that ships for free, unless you are also
ordering one or more other items as part of the same transaction that do not ship for
free. If you wish to expedite a free-ship item, contact us with the
details and we will give you a quote. Upon your approval, reply to the email quote and
provide your name, address and phone number and we will call you to place the order by
phone.
We register items that ship for free with a weight of zero pounds in our system in
order to produce a shipping charge of zero dollars. For shipping destinations outside of
the Continental United States, our shopping cart automatically adjusts the shipping weight
of your order to a one pound minimum if the combined weight of the order was previously
zero. In such cases, you would pay the normal UPS rates for the first pound and we would
pay for any additional weight if the package exceeds one pound for the weight of the
free-ship items.
By charging reasonable shipping rates across the board, we are currently able to avoid
a separate handling charge.
Sales Tax
We charge a 6% sales tax to all PA residents and an additional 1% tax to PA residents
who reside in Allegheny or Philadelphia Counties. We do not collect sales tax on out of
state or international orders.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for paying all customs, duties, and taxes of
the home country on all international orders. These amounts may be required upon delivery
and are NOT shipping or handling charges imposed by us. The shipping charges quoted on the
website should be considered estimates only. We will contact you by email after we receive
your order with the actual charges if we believe the original quote is inaccurate.
Please allow additional time up to 5 business days to verify billing information on all
international orders. We will contact you if the information cannot be verified and you
will be required to use a wire transfer.
We ship anywhere in the world subject to the laws of the United States and Shipper
policy.
Wire Transfers
1st time international customers may be required to use a wire transfer for the initial
order. If this is your first order, please call us prior to ordering. When wiring money,

Returns & Exchange Policy
At eightwheeldrive.com, we want you to be completely satisfied
with your merchandise. We know from time to time something may not fit properly, or you
won't like the color, etc. We accept returns and exchanges so long as they are returned to
us in complete and original packaging, appear to us to be new and in re-saleable
condition, and returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
We will examine the returned product and if we find that the above conditions have been
met, we will refund 100% of the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges.
Whether or not the item originally shipped for free, we will deduct our original shipping
costs actually incurred by us from the amount to be refunded. This amount may differ
somewhat from what you were actually charged for shipping and handling. We do not charge a
restocking fee. If upon examination, the items are found by us not to be in new and
re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to adjust your refund accordingly based upon
what we believe the fair market value of the item, if any, to actually be.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been used, customized, or
that were specially ordered. Please contact
us to set up all returns and exchanges. Keep your return shipping receipt until we
have issued your credit. We reserve the right to require proof of delivery of the returned
item(s). We will process all refunds within 7 days of receipt of the item(s). Please allow
up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
If we made an error with your order,
contact us
and we will make arrangements to correct the error so that you only pay for the
merchandise, state and local taxes, shipping and handling charges that we would have
charged you, had the error not occurred! We reserve the right to determine whether or not
we made the error.
Refusal of Shipment
If you refuse a shipment, we will charge original and return shipment costs, as
incurred by us, to your original form of payment, and then credit you for the unopened
merchandise.
