With respect to security:
When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial information, we redirect visitors to a secure serever. We do not store customer's full credit card number for any purpose and it is not available to our employees during shopping cart transactions. During telephone orders, customer credit card information is entered into a secure virtual terminal provided by VeriSign™. In all cases, we retain credit card information including the type of card provided, transaction ID, authorization code, last 4 digits of the card number, card holder name, expiration date and billing & shipping information including name, address and telephone number. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you. We employ state of the art anti-virus and firewall software that is updated on a regular basis.
